Together Network – Emergency Food Grants
We have been working with a major grant giver to deliver food directly into communities
Many elderly and vulnerable people have been pushed further into isolation and loneliness by the COVID-19 crisis. They are unable to attend church and other social groups and have difficulty accessing food and other essential items.
We have teams all over England, working to:
- Connect volunteers and churches to take action
- Deliver food hampers to isolated elderly people
- Support telephone friendship networks
