Tools for Growing Participation

These practical tools from CUF and The Centre for Theology and Community help churches to enable journeys of deepening participation and discipleship, and to grow meaningful connections through intentional conversations.

This can help church leaders and leadership teams to think intentionally about engaging the wider parish community and how they can take steps to increase participation and develop disciples. Individuals can use this to reflect on their own journeys of participation and discipleship.

This tool comes with a guide split into two sections with short video clips of individuals sharing their own experiences:
1. Participation and discipleship: Reflections and questions to help you think about participation and your journey of discipleship. With a separate handout for individual or group reflection.
2. Intentional conversation questions: A set of questions that encourage deeper listening and conversations to build a relational and participatory culture.
