At Christmas we celebrate the birth of Christ who is Love amongst us.
In the midst of the extraordinary challenges we face this year, there is such a great need to share the gift of love with those around us, to bring hope to those who are lonely and suffering in our communities through simple acts of kindness and friendship.

Donna lived with anxiety every day, under the constant threat of abuse and violence from her partner. Even in her own house, she never felt safe. One night, Donna fled with only the clothes on her back and nowhere else to go.
Your donations help to support people facing homelessness through programmes like Positive Pathways. This unique programme works because we know that finding shelter is only one of the necessary steps out of homelessness. Sustaining a tenancy is much more likely if human, wrap-around support is provided too. This is why Positive Pathways volunteers take the time to listen, understand and respond to the unique needs of each individual.
You will also help people develop broad skills so they can flourish in all aspects of life. We do this through one-to-one support and befriending, tailored skills training and wellbeing courses that help people recover from trauma, rebuild their lives and plan for the future.
