# Our values

Four values shape everything we do: collaboration, compassion, justice and accountability, guiding how we work with communities, partners and supporters.

## Collaboration

 

 

We work with a wide range of churches, charities, faiths, people and partner organisations to reduce poverty in all its forms. We shape our work by listening to and learning from the experiences, gifts and stories of people across our communities, and we respect every voice.

 

 

## Compassion

 

 

We come alongside the communities we serve with support, concern and love, wherever we see poverty, hurt, injustice and suffering. We share in Jesus’ love for and ministry with the most vulnerable and marginalized in society.

 

 

## Justice

 

 

Compelled by an unconditional compassion for all God’s people, we work relationally to mobilise the gifts of local people and bring lasting change to their communities. We challenge unjust structures by amplifying the voices of people experiencing poverty and advocating for its end.

 

 

## Accountability

 

 

We work with integrity, honesty and transparency, and we are trustworthy in how we deal with others. We are accountable to our supporters for how we use their support, and we base our work on need and evidence, showing the difference it makes.
